55 Minute Private Pilates

$70

Client receives one-on-one instruction in a tailored 55 minute session on a variety of Pilates equipment. Private sessions are a great way to introduce Pilates to your body, to help recover from injury, or simply get the best fitness results.

55 Minute Semi-Private

$40/person

Two clients receive instruction on Pilates equipment at the same time in a tailored 55 minute session. Clients must be approved for duet workout. 

55 Minute Pilates Mat Class/ Yoga class

$15/class

Group Pilates mat classes are done on the floor with a provided mat. Open to ALL levels..

60 Minute VIRTUAL Private Pilates

$65

Client receives one-on-one instruction virtually. Meg teaches both mat and apparatus virtually.
