Danielle Sardi Bio
After several years as Julian’s client Danielle received her first instructor certification through Julian Littleford’s Body Conditioning (JLBC) in 2006. She then left her twenty year career in Intensive Care as a Nurse Practitioner to teach Pilates full time.
From 2006-2010 she became the lead instructor for JLBC Teacher Training Program. Danielle worked directly under Julian Littleford for years, until he passed away. In 2014 Danielle purchased JLBC and maintained the tradition of Julian’s teachings. In 2015, she founded MAC Pilates as a boutique studio offering a contemporary twist on classical Pilates and focusing on rehabilitative function and movement. As of Sept. 2021 she has closed the Del Mar studio but still teaches online and out of her San Diego home.
Dani has also trained alongside Rael Isacowitz and many other Pilates professionals staying true to the classical method of Pilates. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from San Diego State University, and is an advocate of holistic health care and the importance of the mind, body and spirit connection. She is continually journeying toward higher self-awareness through the Epona-Quest (equine) method. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Tucker and Cici.
